After conducting the nature exploration, a Talk Gathering was held as a form of discussion, evaluation and experience exchange event ( sharing ) between Mapala divisions on Saturday, May 16 2015. The event which started at 10.00 WIB took place at the BEJ Room Lt. IV Gd. MH. Thamrin Faculty of Economics UPNVJ.

Also attending the IX Speech Gathering, UPNV East Java Deputy Chancellor III and his staff, Kermawa staff, alumni and participants of the third UPN "Veteran" Mapala, as well as other invited guests.

The Joint Training event was closed with a Closing Ceremony which was held at the UPNVJ Basketball Court at 17.00 WIB and closed by the Vice Chancellor III UPNV East Java which was marked by breaking a jug as the end of the event.

In closing the third UPN "Veteran" IX Mapala Joint Training and Speech Gathering event, Warek III UPNV East Java gave a speech saying that on this proud day there must be quality improvements while being a member of Mapala. In addition, seniors and alumni still care about this kind of activity, both from UPNV East Java, UPNV Jogjakarta and UPNV Jakarta. Brotherly bonds like this must continue to be maintained and still connected based on Mapala's code of ethics. The hope for the future must be even better, of course with changes in dynamics so that it continues as long as I am still in the position of student affairs. As long as I am still given the mandate, I will continue to improve the quality and quantity of all activities such as this Nature Lover activity. Contributions from seniors and alumni so that they can color activities that can be accounted for in order to form future cadres who have a different mindset. The advantages of the three UPNVs are their strong spirit and togetherness which makes them provisions to catch up with other state universities. For this reason, you must remain confident and optimistic that these student activities will be better in terms of finances and supporting infrastructure.

As a souvenir, Girigahana UPNVJ gave a plaque to the guests as a token of appreciation and a bond of brotherhood among Mapala UPN throughout Indonesia.
