In addition, the purpose of holding this national seminar is for the participants to be more innovative in teaching and learning activities. Apart from that, this is so that we can establish friendships from the various universities that attend, and get to know the various research patterns. Budhi Martana as the secretary of LPPM UPNVJ hopes that the academic atmosphere, especially at UPNVJ, will be more diverse and innovative in accordance with the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's directives which are in accordance with the times and 4.0-based education. Like the duties of lecturers in general, they are not only good at teaching but also doing research and community service.
