Humas UPNVJ - Celebrating the 26th Anniversary, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) "Veteran" National Development University Jakarta held a Seminar with the theme "Digital Creative Economy Strategy and Regulation: Investment and Digital Payment Instruments" which was held at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium Building UPNVJ 4th Floor on Thursday, 21 February 2019.
Also present were the Chancellor of UPNVJ and Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance. Before the speakers gave their material, the Chancellor of UPNVJ expressed his hopes at this year's anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business, "Hopefully the students can focus on achieving both in the academic and non-academic fields and hopefully this event will be successful and useful for all of us, especially for the academic community. FEB UPNVJ”. he said.
This seminar presented a keynote speaker: Trisno Nugroho as the Head of the DKI Jakarta Province Bank Indonesia Representative Office. And several other sources, Jefri Dinomo (Director of Generation Digital International ), Romeo Rissal ( CEO of Omnipay ), Ahmad Subhan Irani (Head of Financial System Surveillance and Stability Division), and Solihin (Head of Investment Management Policy Development). The speakers provided an understanding of today's technology that must be used properly according to their respective uses.
In giving his material, Trisno Nugroho occasionally conveyed a few stories and messages to UPNVJ students, "Education is what changed me from having a hard life to being able to have enough now. So with this I want young people to follow in my footsteps and change their lives for the better with education. I hope all of you can go to school as high as possible. In addition, he also said that "today's human life cannot be separated from technology, especially since the era has entered industry 4.0, therefore today's students must really use technology well. Because more and more people use technology, more and more people will definitely know and understand more about finance.” he said.
The UPNVJ Public Relations Team also had the opportunity to interview Trisno Nugroho by asking general questions about the digital creative economy. According to him, “Today's digital creative economy is extraordinary, that's why I have to be diligent in reading so I don't miss too much. Both students and myself have to be flanked because as we know, nowadays knowledge is growing, especially on the internet. But how can we master that knowledge by diligently reading and seeking the knowledge itself, because as the era progresses, technology itself will dominate the world. We can see, the dream jobs of today's young people all want to be YouTubers or vloggers , which in the past did not exist. And my goal with this seminar is that I want to encourage all students to continue learning and love and understand the knowledge they have. Because for me, students are one of the next generations of our nation. Today's Indonesian children must be literate in technology, no longer having the term clueless. I hope that later at UPNVJ, every Friday we schedule guest lectures from outside so that the knowledge we have is growing. Because as we know, technology is the future”. he said.
In addition, Trisno Nugroho also hopes that by holding the UPNVJ FEB Anniversary every year, UPNVJ will progress and develop. Especially now that it is led by a new leader, therefore everything will definitely be better than before.
The Seminar on the 26th Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" Jakarta was attended by 250 participants. And invited several other campuses, such as UIN Jakarta, UNINDRA, and Univ Pancasila.
