Ahead of the 62nd graduation ceremony, UPN "Veteran" carried out a Dress Rehearsal and Final Preparation at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium. Wednesday. (6/03/2019).

This activity includes the rules for graduation, the wearing of toga dresses, the completeness of clothing and the procedure for embedding graduates by the Dean of the Faculty and the Chancellor. Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, Planning & Cooperation Bureau Suyatno said that the rehearsal was held in a series of preparations for the 62 UPNVJ graduation in 2019.

"We hope that the 62nd graduation ceremony can run in an orderly and smooth manner, for that we carry out rehearsal activities as well as inform the graduates about the graduation rules and the readiness of the 62nd graduation committee," said the AKPK Bureau.

The rules for the 62nd graduation are:

1. Graduates are present no later than 30 minutes at the graduation ceremony venue for the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) Building, Jl. M. H Thamrin No. 8 Central Jakarta DKI Jakarta (late entry is not permitted)
2. The graduation ceremony is divided into two sessions, namely session 1 from 08.00 to 12.00 and session 2 from 14.00 – 17.00 WIB
3. Graduation Clothing

Men: Suit, Shirt, Tie, Toga

Women: Kebaya/National Dress, Toga (not allowed to wear jeans/short skirts or sex dresses)

4. Graduates Not allowed to have long hair (long) for men.
5. Before entering the ceremony room, the graduates have put on their toga, hats, necklaces, pins and are ready to line up neatly in front of the entrance to the ceremony room.
6. Each graduate is required to fill in the attendance list provided by their respective faculties.
7. Graduates occupy seats according to the number determined by the Committee according to their respective Faculties/Study Programs.
8. Each graduate will receive an invitation sheet for families over 12 years of age which is valid for 2 (two) people. Age under 12 years are not allowed to enter the room.
9. Invitations must be brought when entering the graduation ceremony venue.
10. When the Chancellor, Senate and Professor of the university enter the room and during the ceremonial procession, graduates are not allowed to go out and enter the ceremony room for any reason.
11. Graduates are not allowed to open their toga hats during the ceremony.
12. Graduates are not allowed to bring food/drinks into the ceremony room.
13. During the ceremony, graduates are not allowed to activate communication devices, take pictures and activities that could disrupt the solemnity of the event.
14. Graduates Follow the course of the ceremony solemnly until the graduation ceremony is over (Members of the University Senate have left the ceremony room)
15. Graduates are required to maintain order and cleanliness of the ceremony room.
16. Consumption collection (snackbox) before the event begins, consumption is not allowed to be brought into the auditorium of the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) Building.
