HumasUPNVJ - The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) released data on the results of the 2019 State Higher Education Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN).

This data can be accessed through the official LTMPT website: https://pengumuman-sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id by entering the registration number and date of birth of the 2019 SBMPTN participant.

Based on these results, there are 10 State Universities (PTN) with the highest accepted average score (SAINTEK).

Kemenristekdikti records State Universities (PTN) with the highest average score in SBMPTN. In first place is the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Followed by the University of Indonesia (UI).

"Those who are not accepted don't despair, there is still an independent pathway," said the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Menristekdikti) M Nasir read out at a press conference announcing the results of the SBMPTN at the Kemenristekdikti office, Jakarta, Tuesday (9/7/2019).

The number of participants who passed the selection at 85 State Universities (PTN) throughout Indonesia was 168,742 participants.

The number of participants who passed was the result of selection from 2019 SBMPTN applicants of 714,652 participants. Of the participants who were declared passed, there were 119,777 non-Bidikmisi participants and 48,965 Bidikmisi applicant participants. Access to the "Announcement of 2019 SBMPTN Results" as conveyed by LTMPT Chair Ravik Karsidi, can be found through the official LTMPT website: https://pengumuman-sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id by entering the registration number and date of birth of the 2019 SBMPTN participant.

Participants who have passed the 2019 SBMPTN are notified that:

1. Participants passing the 2019 SBMPTN must be present during registration (re-registration) at the time and place according to the provisions of each PTN (see announcement on the destination PTN page). Attendance at registration determines the process of accepting status of 2019 SBMPTN participants as students at the destination PTN.

2. Participants who are declared to have passed the 2019 SBMPTN will be declared accepted at the relevant PTN provided that they fulfill the conditions which can be seen on the destination PTN's website.

3. For Bidikmisi applicant participants who have passed the 2019 SBMPTN, their scholarship status still requires a verification process by the destination PTN.

It was also notified to participants who did not pass the 2019 SBMPTN, they still had the opportunity to register for the Independent Pathway, the requirements and time of which could be seen directly on each PTN's website.
