A total of 29 people took part in the 2020 UPN Veteran Jakarta CPNS SKB

HumasUPNVJ - Tuesday, September 22, 2020 UPN Veteran Jakarta held a Field Competency Selection Test (SKB) for 2020 CPNS Admissions. There were 31 participants who had to take the SKB, but 2 participants stated that they had resigned so that only 29 participants took part in the SKB UPN Veteran Jakarta this year.

Different from last year's implementation, UPN Veteran Jakarta this year is implementing the SKB online, this was done because currently it is still a pandemic and the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in DKI Jakarta.

Through the monitoring of the public relations team this morning, technically there were 12 teams who were heads of each faculty and heads of bureaus who acted as assessors in conducting interviews and microteaching. The team was divided into 7 interview teams and 5 micro teaching teams with 2 people handling each participant when conducting interviews and micro teaching.

In practice, participants who have entered the zoom link provided previously are required to carry out verification and attendance by the verifier team by displaying participant cards, identity cards and clear faces, after which the zoom host will move the participants in the zoom room for the interview team or micro teaching .

After verifying the files, the participants for 20 minutes followed the directions proposed by the teams without pause.

- Literacy in education and culture (number of questions: 20, weight: 10 percent) English proficiency (number of questions: 20, weight: 15 percent)

- Reasoning and problem solving (number of questions: 20, weight: 30 percent)

- Psychological dimension (number of questions: 42, weight: 30 percent)

- Interview (number of questions: 4, weight: 15 percent)

Meanwhile, the aspects and weights of the SKB for the formation of teaching staff (lecturers) are as follows:

- Literacy in education and culture (number of questions: 20, weight: 10 percent)

- English proficiency (number of questions: 20, weight: 15 percent)

- Reasoning and problem solving (number of questions: 20, weight: 20 percent)

- Psychological dimension (number of questions: 42, weight: 15 percent)

- Interview (number of questions: 8, weight: 20 percent)

- Teaching practice or micro teaching (number of questions: 5, weight: 20 percent)

SKB method and implementation

Meanwhile, the implementation or method of the Ministry of Education and Culture's CPNS SKB is as follows:

The CBT method is planned to be implemented in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia for the following subtests: Literacy in the field of education and culture or higher education English language skills Reasoning and problem solving Psychological dimensions Online (online) Meanwhile, the online method will be used for the subtest following: Teaching practice interview (micro teaching)

SKB implementation schedule

The schedule for the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Culture's SKB is as follows:

- SKB interview and micro teaching will be held in the range of 21-25 September 2020

- SKB CBT will be held on: - For overseas test locations it will be held on 8 September 2020 - For domestic test locations it will be held on 29-30 September 2020
