HumasUPNVJ - Launching the KOMPAS.com page Registration for participants in the Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK)-Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN) 2021 opens March 15 (yesterday), at 15.00 WIB. Quoting the official website of the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT), registration for the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN will be open from March 15 to April 1.
SBMPTN can be attended by students graduating in 2019, 2020, and 2021 from secondary education (SMA/MA/SMK and equivalent), Package C graduates in 2019, 2020, and 2021 with a maximum age of 25 years. Participation in UTBK is the main requirement for participating in the Joint Selection to Enter PTN, PTKIN and State Polytechnic. Following are the requirements and procedures for registering for the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN:
UTBK Requirements The requirements for participants to take part in the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN are as follows: Have an LTMPT account. SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent graduates in 2021 must have a Class 12 SMA/MA/SMK Student Certificate in 2021 or Package C students in 2021 with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2021). The 2021 UTBK results are only valid for taking part in SBMPTN and Admission at PTN in 2021. Pay UTBK fees through Mandiri, BNI, BTN and BRI banks. The exam groups at UTBK are divided into 3, namely Scientific, Soshum, and Mixed. The following are the conditions: Participants who will choose Science and Technology study programs will then take part in TPS and TKA Science and Technology with the material for the Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology exams. Participants who will choose the Soshum study program will take part in TPS and TKA Soshum with the exam materials for Geography, History, Sociology, and Economics. Participants who will choose a mixed study program (Science and Social Sciences), will then take part in TPS, TKA Science and TKA Soshum.
SBMPTN Requirements The requirements for participants to take part in the 2021 SBMPTN are as follows: Indonesian citizens (WNI) who have a Resident Identification Number (NIK). Students graduating from SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent in 2019 and 2020 or graduating from Package C in 2019, 2020 and 2021 must have a diploma. For high school graduates of the equivalent from abroad, they must have an equivalent diploma. Have adequate health so as not to interfere with the smooth study process. For participants who choose the Arts and Sports study program, they must upload a portfolio. Have a 2021 UTBK score. Did not pass the SNMPTN route. Registration and permanent storage of LTMPT accounts will be closed on Saturday (13/3/2021) at 15.00 WIB.
2021 UTBK-SBMPTN registration flow Registration for 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participants begins on March 15 at 15.00 WIB until April 1. The following is the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN registration flow quoted from the LTMPT YouTube channel:
1. Login to the LTMPT Portal Open the LTMPT Portal page at https://portal.ltmpt.ac.id/. Login with your existing LTMPT account (e-mail and password). If the e-mail and password are correct but the login fails, replace the initial letter of the e-mail with a capital letter. Click the "UTBK-SBMPTN" menu.
2. Complete the biodata. Complete the participant biodata by filling in the photo, address, and telephone number. Then, fill in the parent/guardian data. Fill in special needs/disabilities (if any). If not, click "Save and Next". Selection of SMTA in accordance with the current major in SMA / SMK / equivalent. Click "Save and Next". Make sure the data previously filled in is correct, then check the existing statement, then click "Save Permanently".
3. Selecting the UTBK center Click the "Selecting UTBK Center" menu then click the "UTBK Registration" sub-menu to select the UTBK location, then click "Save". A complete list of UTBK Centers can be seen here. The UTBK time and day will be printed automatically on the participant's exam card. Wait 5-10 minutes to get a participant card which can be accessed on the "UTBK History" sub-menu. Make payments according to the conditions. Check payment status. If the written payment status has been paid, then the prospective participant can proceed to the next stage.
4. Choosing a study program At this stage prospective participants choose the study program they want to enter. There are several provisions that must be considered, namely: If "Option 1" chooses a Study Program at the University/Institute, then "Choice 2" must choose a Study Program at the University/Institute. If "Choice 1" chooses a Study Program at the Polytechnic, then "Choice 2" must choose a Study Program at the Polytechnic. If all the study programs chosen are from the Science group, the participant takes the Science exam group. If all of the study programs chosen are from the Soshum group, participants take the Soshum exam group. If the study program is selected from the Scientific and Social Sciences group, participants take the Mixed Examination Group. SBMPTN 2021 participants can choose study programs at any PTN, PTKIN and State Polytechnic. With a note, the order in choosing a study program states the priority of choice. After making sure that the PTN and Study Program choices are correct, check the statement "willing to meet UKT requirements if accepted" which is at the bottom. After that click "Save".
5. Uploading portfolios At this stage, prospective participants will be asked to upload portfolios if the chosen Study Program requires this. Complete provisions regarding portfolios can be viewed here, then look at the portfolio section. If the selected Study Program does not require a portfolio, then this stage has been completed. 6. Confirmation and permanent storage At this stage, prospective participants must ensure that all the Study Programs previously selected are correct. Check the statement "already filled in correctly". Then click "Save Permanently" Print and save the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN Participant Card. This card must be brought when attending UTBK, and when re-registering at PTN if accepted.
