Choose UPNVJ UTBK Center? Let's See What Needs to Be Prepared

HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta this year is again the center for the Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) for joint selection to enter state universities (SBMPTN) which will be held in 2 batches.

Batch 1 will be conducted, Monday 12 April 2021 to 18 April 2021. While Batch 2 will be held 26-30 April 2021 and 01-04 May 2021.

It was recorded that the number of participants participating in the UTBK at UPN Veteran Jakarta was 15,915. The 15,915 participants consisted of 5,912 Science and Technology test takers, 9,273 Social Humanities Examinations and 730 Mixed Examination participants.

Various things have been prepared by the participants, not only studying, there are a number of preparations that must be made by UTBK 2021 participants so that the test runs smoothly.

Documents brought

The following is a list of documents required for the 2021 UTBK test:

1. 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN Participant Card.

2. Photocopies of diplomas that have been legalized for 2020 and 2019 graduates

3. Class 12 certificate signed by the Principal, and containing the student's name, Student NISN, School NPSN and recent student color photograph (last 3 months) for class of 2021.

4. Other personal identification such as KTP/ SIM/ Student Card.

Apart from important documents , other preparations that need to be made are:

1. Make sure to arrive at the exam location 60 minutes before the exam session starts and don't be late.

2. Dress neatly and politely (shirt) and shoes.

3. Make sure to use a mask (mandatory), personal hansanitizer (mandatory), face shield (recommended) and gloves (recommended).

4. Bring personal worship equipment.

In its implementation, the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK center will be divided into 2 locations which are on the Pondok Labu Campus and the Limo Campus with a total capacity of 555 computer units consisting of 455 units on the Pondok Labu Campus and 100 units on the Limo Campus, with a total of 1,000 test rooms 25 exam rooms.

In addition, before entering the location of the exam room, the participants will go through several health protocols that have been arranged by the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK center.


Health Procedures and procedures for implementing UTBK at UPN Veteran Jakarta

The COVID-19 pandemic that is still happening in Indonesia is not a barrier to keep fighting for a bright future. However, some adjustments must be made to prevent the spread during the 2021 UTBK process, one of which is by implementing the Covid-19 Prevention Health Protocol at the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK Center.

All parties hope that Prospective Indonesian Students comply with all applicable health protocols. Following are the health procedures for preventing Covid-19 at the 2021 UTBK Center:

1. Checking temperature If the participant's temperature exceeds the provisions of the Covid-19 protocol (> 37.5 degrees C) they are not allowed to take the exam and are welcome to go to a special room for further examination by the medical team.

2. Maintain a minimum distance of 1-1.5 meters.

3. Always use a mask and use personal hand sanitizer.

4. Checking the completeness of documents and checking the test location according to the exam card by the officer.

6. Heading to the location of the exam room and waiting in the waiting room that has been provided, both in the waiting room and in the exam room it is hoped that the participants will double-check the document files again independently.
