Hello, UPN Veterans Jakarta Big Family and the General Public!

Given the positive cases of Covid-19 which had increased so badly that the government implemented the Emergency PPKM policy. UPN Veteran Jakarta will hold an open vaccination program for all student families and the general public. The type of vaccine that will be given is the SINOVAC vaccine.

For the implementation of the vaccination program, it will be carried out on:

🔴Time: 07.30—Done

🔴Place: UPN Veteran Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus

‼️Participant Registration Flow‼️

ONLINE ( Google Forms ):

- Participants register via google form bit.ly/Vaksinasi_UPNVJ

- Participants are present on time at 07.30 WIB to take a queue number

- The committee will provide a queue number if the participant is confirmed in the vaccination participant data

- Participants who have been given a queue number will wait for their turn to be screened, followed by vaccination

OFFLINE ( on the spot ):

- Participants who do not fill out the Google form can register directly at the location starting at 07.30 WIB

- Participants fill out the printed form provided by the committee

- Participants are given a queue number and wait for their turn to be screened, followed by vaccination

📌 It is hoped that all vaccination participants will maintain health protocols and stay 5M as long as they feel at the location!
