"There is no pocket book at UPNVJ yet, so far we have used the Kemendikbudristekdikti pocket book, but the difficulty is when we do independent MBKM, of course, communication and information are slightly different from the books available from the Ministry of Education and Culture," said Lidya in her opening remarks at the Avenzel Hotel and Convention Cibubur, on Monday (22/11/21).

"In terms of clustering, we have to report the existing targets. So far, there is no POB that regulates difficulties, and we were asked to make a MKBKM pocket book with the aim of reducing questions that are repetitive in nature because we try to make the explanation very complete, "explained Lidya.

Not only the lecturers, LP3M also involved the deputy dean for academic affairs and the deputy dean for general and faculty finance to be asked for input so that there were no repeated statements of a general nature by students so that there was refinement and effectiveness in the benefits.

"MBKM is indeed new, but if it doesn't exist, it will be difficult to regulate it. Here there will also be guidelines that we can uniform. Because in the future all performance will be measured, especially from improving the MBKM program," he added

Technically the preparation of the UPNVJ MBKM pocket book was carried out by several teams. The team is tasked with collecting data and compiling information according to the MBKM program which includes: (1) student exchange, (2) internships, (3) independent studies, (4) teaching campuses, (5) humanitarian projects, (6) research , (7) building villages, (8) entrepreneurship, and (9) Reserve Components (KOMCAD).

This pocket book is a dynamic guide which can later be corrected, renewed and updated according to the dynamics of needs and changing times. With input from various fields, it is expected to improve the quality of this pocket book.
