Passing SNMPTN 2022, FK and FIKES UPNVJ Undertake Health Tests

HumasUPNVJ - Before being declared officially admitted to the Jakarta Veterans National Development University, prospective new students from the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Health Sciences who pass the 2022 National University Entrance Selection for State Universities (SNMPTN) still have to pass a series of medical tests first.

The medical test for SNMPTN FK and FIKES caba students was carried out today (Monday, 4/4/22) at the UPNVJ Polyclinic, Campus 1, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta.

The UPNVJ Public Relations Team had the opportunity to conduct a direct interview with the general practitioner of the UPNVJ Polyclinic, dr. Muhammad Ibnu Khaldun regarding the health examination process for freshmen, in his interview, dr. Ibnu explained the importance of the medical test as well as the process of the stages of the health test held by UPNVJ, "This health test is carried out with the aim of an initial examination/ screening of the physical readiness of UPNVJ FK and FIKES Camaba. There are three series of health tests today, namely a drug test ( urine) , color blindness test and blood pressure. There are several processes carried out by the participants, namely registration, making a payment worth 200 thousand, taking a queue number, collecting urine samples , checking blood pressure and conducting a color blind test, "explained dr. "The preparations we made for this examination were of course we provided medical personnel, there were four doctors and one health worker who joined them, dr. Ibn Khaldun, dr. Bintang, dr. Rahma, and dr. Ayudia and Saeful. Apart from that, we also work closely with other UPNVJ education staff who help run the administration smoothly. We also provide adequate and supporting facilities such as a waiting area that is quite spacious and comfortable so that long queues do not occur, considering that we are all still in the Covid-19 pandemic," he continued.

dr. Ibnu also explained that so far there have been no significant obstacles to the inspection process, “The participants came on time to make it easier for us in the inspection process, so that there are no crowds and long queues. From this morning until this afternoon, thank God, there were no significant obstacles," he added

"For the test takers, they must prepare well physically, especially sleeping and eating sufficient and nutritious food, avoiding stress, drinking enough so that the body is not dehydrated considering that this time coincides with the fasting month. My hope is that all freshmen who pass the 2022 SNMPTN route can take part in the lessons at UPNVJ in good physical and mental health so that they are able to carry out their daily activities properly and smoothly and can become students who always make their alma mater proud," said dr.
