Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 0403/E.E4/KK.00/2022 dated May 25, 2022 concerning Adjustment of Operational Guidelines for Promotion of Functional Positions of Lecturers and Professors, UPN Veterans Jakarta carry out hybrid socialization through online and face-to-face at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium. UPNVJ invited Firman Rudiansyah and Nova Linda from the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This socialization was attended by approximately 100 participants (hybrid) consisting of lecturers and education staff in the UPNVJ environment.

The UPNVJ Vice Rector for Academic Affairs representing the Rector delivered his remarks as well as directions to all participants, “We are functional officials, as functional staff we are given the convenience to pursue a good career. More and more promotions in functional positions from lecturers to professors is a very good and useful thing.

Academic records are very much needed, we hope that this afternoon's socialization can provide useful information to all participants," said Anter Venus.
