HumasUPNVJ - As a university with PTN-BLU status, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNBJ) took part in enlivening the 2023 BLU Fair with the theme BLU Inclusive Indonesia Optimistic. The exhibition was held for two days starting from March 2 and ending on March 3.

The Public Service Agency (BLU) is an agency of the government whose job is to accelerate services to the community such as health services, education, fund and area management, and other strategic services.

The activity which was carried out at Taman Lapangan Banteng would certainly be an arena for UPNVJ to promote services that are ready to be enjoyed by a wide audience and don't forget the potential services that will be provided in the future. The BLU products introduced by UPNVJ are in the fields of Education and Health which are always being optimized.

The UPNVJ exhibition team in this event also prepared something that attracted the curiosity of visitors, namely an examination of body composition. The UPNVJ Health Service has machines that can perform this analysis with great accuracy.

This method aims to describe what makes up an individual's body including levels of fat, protein, minerals, and body fluids. In addition, the results can show a more accurate body weight than Body Mass Index (BMI). Body composition analysis will accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat presentation.

Even though it was raining from morning to evening, many visitors came to the booth and were interested in checking body composition at the UPNVJ BLU booth . The results of the analysis were explained to visitors by the UPNVJ Health service nutritionist in detail. Through expert explanations, visitors get input on what to do to get the ideal body composition.

Another interesting thing from this examination is that visitors can find out their metabolic age. The average visitor who regularly exercises and maintains a lifestyle has a younger body metabolism than the visitor's original age.
