Public Relations UPNVJ - Jakarta Veteran National Development University was chosen by Cendrawasih University as a reference in terms of sharing information regarding the transition of status from Satker State University to State University.

Prof. Prasetyo Hadi, Deputy Chancellor for General and Financial Affairs of UPNVJ together with the Head of the Academic Bureau for Student Affairs Planning and Cooperation along with the field coordinators within UPNVJ received the Head of the Academic, General and Financial Bureau along with staff from UNCEN. BAUK UNCEN in his speech expressed his gratitude for the opportunity that UPNVJ had given to UNCEN, "We especially on behalf of the leadership of UNCEN would like to thank you very much for the opportunity today to hear directly information about the progress of UPNVJ which has gone through the transition phase from PTN Satker to PTN BLU ”, he said

"Initially we asked for complete information directly from the Ministry of Education and Culture, from Dikbud we were directed to visit directly to learn from UPNVJ, considering that UPNVJ had also become a PTN BLU some time ago," he continued
