UPNVJ Public Relations - The Chancellor of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, met with the President Director of Bank Muamalat, Imam Teguh Saptono, at MNC Tower on Thursday, July 10, 2025. This meeting discussed opportunities for collaboration in the field of scholarships and strengthening the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

One of the main topics of discussion was Bank Muamalat's planned support in the form of educational scholarships. Among the programs discussed was the Bank Muamalat College Scholarship, which has been jointly administered by Baitulmaal Muamalat (BMM).

This scholarship is intended for students from underprivileged families or converts who have good academic achievements.

This meeting served as an initial step to further explore various forms of collaboration that could be developed between UPNVJ and Bank Muamalat. Both parties agreed to schedule a follow-up meeting to develop a more concrete and comprehensive scheme.

It is hoped that this collaboration will not only ease the burden of students' tuition costs—such as semester fees, pocket money, and coaching costs—but also create space for character development.

Bank Muamalat also plans to provide coaching programs to increase students' spirit of achievement and social awareness, including internship opportunities at its branch office network.
