Engineer – Billing Development
(Job Code: EBD; Job Level/Grade: Engineer/P1)
Report to : Manager - Billing Development

Job Roles:

• Check and implement configuration changes related to Product Catalogue and PCRF module correct and timely and also to ensure production deployment properly.
• Operate and produce testing execution and result related to modules Product and PCRF Catalogue to fulfill business/user requirements.To ensure all the PC changes configuration are correct and accurate in Production.
• Deliver configuration changes to Production within schedule to ensure its alignment with requirements
• Review configuration and implementation of related Product Catalogue and PCRF module to ensure revenue loss ? 1%

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Electrical Engineering or Information Technology/Computer Science with minimum 1 year working experience in related area, preferable in Telco industry
• Basic understanding of UNIX & PL/SQL
• Basic understanding of Database, preferable Memory Database
• Basic Understanding/Knowledge in Billing System, preferably in billing telco

Engineer – Touchpoint & Fulfillment
(Job Code: ETF ; Job Level/Grade: Engineer/P1)
Report to : Manager – Touchpoint & Fulfillment

Job Roles:

• Deliver Touchpoint & Fulfillment related projects/solution within expected time to fulfill business requirement
• Perform unit testing and support internal test for every project delivered before internal testing by IT Tester to ensure the smoothness in Testing, Staging and Production environment
• Perform Incident Resolution on 3nd layer within SLA to achieve Customer Satisfaction
• Build handover document and do sharing session to operation and monitoring team
• Delivery quality, ensure the service working properly in Production
• Do assessment for project with small until medium impact to customer or service

Requirements:
• Academic Background: minimum S1 university graduate in a Telecommunication, Electro and Computer Engineering discipline from a reputable university
• have intermediate knowledge and technical skills on IT
• Basic Operating Systems (Sun Solaris, Unix, Windows, Linux)
• Java J2EE, PL/SQL, Unix, or other required intermediate programming language
• Enterprise Database System (Oracle)
• Understand ISO banking is an advantage
• Understand TIBCO product is an advantage
• Telco or Banking background is preferred

Engineer Production Support
(Job Code: EPS; Level/Grade: Engineer/P1)
Report to: Manager – IT Production Support

Job Roles:

• Check and implement configuration changes related to following module : (1) Rating Amdocs Business Reference (CGI, Numbering, Short Code, POC, SGSN); (2) Roaming Partners for Out-Roamers (3) Change Offer Rule; (3) Default plan; (4) Non-Roaming; (5) Community ; (6) Bundling White list Management; (7) CLM Champaign; (8) SOA/R (9)UMB (10) SPM (11) CM, (12) RPL and other module to ensure production deployment
• Manage and Deploy Application System (SOA/R, Web,SPM) into production as agreed schedule
• Deliver configuration changes to Production within schedule to ensure its alignment with requirements
• Review configuration and implementation of related (1) Rating Amdocs Business Reference (CGI, Numbering, Short Code, POC, SGSN); (2) Roaming Partners for Out-Roamers (3) Change Offer Rule; (3) Default plan; (4) Non-Roaming; (5) Community ; (6) Bundling White list Management; (7) SOA/R Product ; (8) UMB (9) SPM (11) Q3, (12) CM, (13) RPL, , and other module to ensure revenue loss ? 1%
• Manage and Implement Bulk Activities Changes such (Extend Active Period, Move Subscriber, Data Migration, Change Priceplan, Voucher Activation)


Requirements:

• S1 in Engineering : Electrical Engineering or Information System preferably
• Fresh graduate/1 year working experience preferable in Telco industry
• Basic understanding of UNIX & PL/SQL
• Basic understanding of Database
• Basic Understanding/Knowledge in Billing System, preferably in billing telco

Engineer IT Settlements
(Job Code: EIS; Job Level/Grade: Engineer/P1-P2)
Report to : Manager – IT Settlements

Job Roles:
• Build, deliver and support the Settlement systems which are being used for financial settlement and revenue accounting purposes.
• Developing the solutions which processes the data from various sources and generate the reports and detail data
• Application support for the technical issues
• Application support for ad-hoc requirements
• Liaise with requirement managers, business users, designers, vendors to be able to deliver comprehensive solution
• Review the application and output data to ensure the quality of solution

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in development of Settlement/business-intelligence/data-warehousing/revenue-assurance area will be an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in OSS source systems (Billing, CRM, ERP, card management etc).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in Enterprise DBMS development (eg. Oracle PL/SQL) & Unix Scripting.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in ETL platform e.g. Data Stage/OWB/Ab-initio/other ETL tool.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in Financial settlement, Business Intelligence & data warehousing concepts, data and dimensional modeling, data quality principles.
