STUDENT MANAGEMENT SKILL TRAINING

UPN "VETERAN" JAKARTA, 2015

Located in the Bromo Room Center for the Development and Empowerment of Business and Tourism Educators and Education Personnel (PPPPTK Bispar) Sawangan, Depok, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Cooperation and Student Affairs Bureau held the 2015 Student Management Skills Training (PKMM) which was held for 3 days from the 4 to 6 March 2015.

This routine activity is carried out every year and is held for the leaders of University and Faculty Level Student Organizations within UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event was opened by Deputy Chancellor II Irwan Kusnadi (representing the Chancellor) and in essence he said that the need for this PKMM activity as a provision for managing the student organizations he leads, especially the main tasks and functions of the ormawa itself.

In addition to participants from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta invited as guest participants were student representatives from the Satya Negara Indonesia University (USNI) as many as 8 students who were the realization of the collaboration between UPNV Jakarta and USNI. It is hoped that the two tertiary institutions can share experiences in student development, said Edi Siregar as USNI Deputy Chancellor III who was pleased to be present at the opening ceremony of the activity.

The 120 student participants in the activity were very enthusiastic in participating in event after event. According to him, they needed the materials presented in the activity, including Material on the Asean Economic Community, Leadership, Compilation of Work Programs and Budgets, Use of Campus Infrastructure Facilities, Student Rules of Conduct, General Administration.
