In the course of developing students' interests and talents in the field of stage and audience mastery in each event, it is known as the MC ( Master of Ceremonies ). For the first time in a span of 1 year after the launch , UKM MC UPNVJ held a visitation to the IRC ( Information Resource Center ). IRC is a place that informs the ins and outs about the United States of America. As for the visit, the aim was to gain knowledge about the " Public Speaking " technique. This material is very suitable for participants who are none other than students who are members of UKM MC UPNVJ, because when presenting an event the MC must present the event nicely, entertain or direct the event either officially or non-officially. That is the importance of a Public Speaking Technique.

Acting as a resource person Mrs. Joy, an American diplomat who still has Asian blood, delivered material communicatively. He explained that as an envoy or representative of a country, one must have broad insight, good self-control and be able to communicate all issues wisely, behave politely, gracefully, speak clearly and decisively, and be confident so as to be able to speak in public.

As a distraction, the IRC asked the participants to display the expertise of UKM MC in presenting the event. Appearing as an example are Syifa and Ghiyas, MC members who are used to hosting formal events, presenting their best performances and receiving praise from Mrs. Joy as well as other IRC parties. They expressed their admiration because being a formal MC is not easy.

The event which was held on Thursday, 18 March 2015 at 13.00 WIB took place at the IRC office of the United States Embassy, Sarana Jaya Building, lt. 8. In addition to a warm welcome, this comfortable office places a cozy library which makes the atmosphere more relaxed and far from the word "boring" like libraries in general and makes students or visitors feel "at home" and reluctant to say goodbye.
