Tuesday, September 22 2015 at the Fourth Floor Auditorium of the Jenderal Sudirman Building UPN "Veteran" Jakarta a National Seminar on the Application of Knowledge Management in Health Agencies and Workplaces with the theme "Knowledge Management" was held by HMJ Public Health Faculty of Health Sciences. The event was opened by Vice Dean I FIKes Mrs. Ns. Evin Novianti, M.Kep, S.Kep.J

In his remarks, the Chancellor said that this kind of activity was very beneficial for students, especially students majoring in health and the Chancellor really supported this event, especially since the speakers were experts from health.
Through Knowledge Management a person or group is able to describe the best set of strategies, systems and techniques that can be applied for the advancement of existing health services. Referring to Health Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Health Services and PP Number 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3, health agencies and workplaces are required to be able to manage resources properly, and to continue to innovate along with existing technological advances. As well as being able to reduce the risks of work accidents in the workplace by implementing a management system in accordance with applicable standards.

The objectives of holding this seminar are:
1. Prepare Public Health students to become qualified medical personnel by understanding Knowledge Management.
2. Provide education to Public Health students about Knowledge Management in the world of work related to health services.
3. Participate in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia, especially in hospitals and workplaces.
