Greening UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Commemorating   Indonesian Tree Planting Day

In commemoration of Indonesian Tree Planting Day (HMPI) UPN "Veteran" Jakarta today carried out the "Plant and Care for 25 Trees for Life Movement" which is located in the courtyard of the Soetomo Building UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This tree planting activity involved SMEs. This event began with remarks from Dr. Erna Hernawati, AK, CPMA, CA as Deputy Chancellor for Finance and General Affairs, in her remarks she said that every UKM should be able to protect the environment around the campus, especially by looking after and caring for the trees that we have planted together, so that later it will be beneficial for the surrounding environment , especially in the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta environment.

The series of activities began with a symbolic tree planting by Dr. Erna Hernawati, AK, CPMA, CA continued with the planting of 25 trees by SMEs, and the manufacture of hydroponics and planting of family medicinal plants (TOGA). This activity involved 50 participants from students, officials and employees of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. (Anisa's report)
