For the sake of Improving Service Excellence, UPNVJ Conducts Service Excellence Training

Public Relations of UPNVJ - UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in collaboration with the Primary Agency held Service Excellence Training at the Permata Bogor Hotel with the theme "Ready to Provide Excellent Service Standards (Faster, Better) and Ethics". The activity which lasted for five days from 17-21 January 2019 was divided into two batches, consisting of 70 participants for the first batch and 66 participants for the second batch. Participants include representatives of each work unit from both the rectorate and the faculty.

The first day, the event was opened by remarks from the Vice Chancellor II, Dr. Prasetyo Hadi, SE., MM., CFMP representing the Chancellor of UPNVJ. In his remarks he hoped that with activities like this, UPNVJ staff and employees would be able to implement the theme being stretched, namely "Ready to Provide Excellent (Faster, Better) and Ethical Service Standards" in real life, so they don't just participate in activities without any the results, but being able to improve to be better so that we can achieve many achievements, especially in the UPNVJ environment.

The Service Excellence Training materials were provided by coach Chairani (Rani) and coach Venny who were divided into 2 groups with 2 different classes. In this training activity, the participants were given a lot of material starting from basic material such as definitions of communication, mindset and definition of work to how to change their appearance to make them look more professional. According to coach Rani from group I, this training aims to make the participants become individuals who are aware of changes for the better in providing excellent service at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. In addition, the results will also be beneficial for themselves because this training has a lot of motivation so that the participants can love and respect themselves more.

After this training it is hoped that all participants will be able to change for the better in improving their respective performance in the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta environment.
