The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta carried out the presentation of the vision and mission and work program as well as the election of the Dean for the 2019-2023 period which took place in the UPNVJ FISIP Auditorium Room, on Wednesday 6/03/2019.

There were two FISIP Dean candidates who explained their vision and mission, namely Dr. R. Dudy Heryadi and Dr. Rulli Nasrallah, M.Sc. In his presentation, the candidate for the Dean of FISIP serial number 1 , Dr. R. Dudy Heryadi has a Vision, namely Responding to change, realizing national defense.

Missions include:

1. Improving the quality of lecturers and educational staff with the character of defending the country.

2. Improving the quality of graduates with the character of defending the country.

3. Improving the quality and usability of facilities and infrastructure.

4. Accountable, transparent and fair faculty institutions and governance.

Meanwhile, the candidate for the Dean of FISIP serial number 2 is Dr. Rulli Nasrullah, M.Sc has a vision, namely to realize FISIP UPNVJ as a faculty that excels at the national level in implementing the tridharma of higher education and is academically reckoned on an international scale and has graduates who are in accordance with industrial developments and community needs in a professional, cultured and trustworthy manner and have national soul.

Mission :

1. Preparing professional, cultured and trustworthy human resources.

2. Aligning the curriculum with the development of industry 4.0 and society 5.0.

3. Pioneering excellence in the fields of education/teaching, research and community service.

4. Build professionalism in excellent service.

According to the Chairperson of the 2019 FISIP Dean Selection Committee, Rizky Hikmawan, there are three selection processes that must be passed by prospective FISIP Dean candidates for the 2019 – 2023 period. the selected Dean candidates witnessed by the FISIP academic community and students and finally the voting stage which was carried out by the Faculty Senate and UPNVJ Chancellor.
