HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta is again holding an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students in 2020. In order to increase students' understanding of State Defense, apart from providing material regarding the vision and mission and policies that exist at UPNVJ, the Chancellor also provides insight into the identity of State Defense. In her presentation, Erna Hernawati explained about the Implementation of State Defense Values in UPNVJ, "Many of the activities in UPNVJ are carried out as a form of implementing state defense values in the campus environment, such as: singing Indonesia Raya and National Defense Mars. , Greetings Defend the Country, Monthly Ceremony on every 17th, campus without cigarettes and drugs, Uniforms for exams, batik clothes every Friday, Go Green ( no plastic, no packaged drinks), timely lecture attendance, UKM activities which are oriented towards Defending the State, Student Regiment (Menwa) activities, sanctions for those who cheat / plagiarism”. Erna said
"Talking about the theme of this year's PKKMB, namely Society 5.0, we need to know that in general Society 5.0 is an era where all technology is part of the human being himself. The internet is not just for sharing information but for living life,” he continued
"Congratulations on your success in passing the extraordinarily tight freshman selection, younger siblings had the opportunity to pass the selection from a total interest of 57,175. Only 2,828 were accepted, so with a strictness level of 4.94%, on this occasion I will deliver material entitled "Millennial Patriot UPNVJ, Ready to Compete in the Era of Society 5.0 based on the Independent Campus Curriculum (KKM).
