Batch 1 of UTBK-SBMPTN Has Ended, Vice Rector 1: Everything went smoothly at the UTBK-SBMPTN Center

UPNVJ PR – Computer-Based Writing Examination – Joint Selection for State University Entrance (UTBK-SBMPTN) 2022 Batch 1 at the UTBK Center UPN Veterans Jakarta which took place from May 17 to May 23 2022 was well organized. All activities ran smoothly and under control from day one. This of course happened because of the readiness of facilities and infrastructure at the UPNVJ UTBK Center, starting from the exam room, computer equipment, internet network, information center, strict health protocols, comprehensive publications by the PR team and adequate health posts.

Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Antar Venus, MA, Comm., when the PR team met him at UPNVJ campus (23/05/2022) provided information regarding the total participants in Batch 1 who attended reaching 94.5% or as many as 8709 participants. Meanwhile, 5.5% of participants or 396 participants did not attend Batch 1. The highest absenteeism rate was recorded on the last day of the exam, which was 8% or as many as 67 participants.

In addition to the success of the 2022 UTBK SBMPTN at the UPNVJ UTBK Center, it was reported that there were a few obstacles that occurred such as power failures, but the committee team was able to handle them responsively. In addition, there were also some participants who went to the wrong campus. UPNVJ is known to have two campuses, namely Pondok Labu Campus and Limo Campus. Therefore, for the examinees who will take the exam in the next batch, it is recommended to check the examinee's card carefully so as not to experience the same error.

At the end of the conversation, Venus conveyed a message for the participants of the 2022 SBMPTN UTBK Batch 2 which will be held on May 28 – June 3 especially at the UPNVJ UTBK Center to maintain health and study seriously. “Prospective students or participants of the 2022 UTBK who will take the second batch of the exam on May 28 – June 3, especially at UPNVJ, take care of your health and study seriously because this exam requires your presence in person. If you are healthy, you can think clearly. Keep up the spirit, salam bela negara!" said Venus.
