HumasUPNVJ - As we know, Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) is an organization consisting of wives of Civil Servants and active employees in the work environment of an agency that is engaged in cultivating members and all employees, especially female employees in the fields of education, economy, social and culture. The UPNVJ DWP has been active a few years ago, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the UPNVJ DWP has been in a vacuum. But this year, DWP UPNVJ returned from its long sleep. The 2023 DWP UPNVJ management team chaired by Nantia Rena Venus held an internal meeting at the beginning of the year which was attended by all 28 new management members. This meeting was held face to face which took place in the UPNVJ Dharma Wanita Meeting Room, Lt. 3. (13/2)

Nantia Rena Venus, Chairperson of the UPNVJ DWP said that the UPNVJ DWP is required to provide many useful work programs for all employees, especially female employees within the UPNVJ environment, “I want to restart the activities that have been carried out by previous DWP members. For the previous several years we were indeed constrained by a pandemic, so for now I want to reactivate it. I hope that the women at UPNVJ will be able to be more active and empowered again with the positive activities that exist. I can't do this all by myself, that's why I'm asking for help from all those who were elected as administrators this year," said Rena Venus in her speech.

Also present were Annie Prof. Eddy, who serves as UPNVJ Association Dharma Wanita Advisor, is ready to assist all work programs carried out by members of the UPNVJ DWP.

In this initial meeting, members of the UPNVJ DWP team planned the work program and budget as well as the introduction of new members.
