Public RelationsUPNVJ - Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (FEB UPNVJ) carried out benchmarking activities at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Indonesian Islamic University (UII) on Wednesday, November 29 2023.

The purpose of this activity is to discuss and share experiences and learning related to the establishment of the Management Study Program for the Doctoral Program which will be run by FEB UPNVJ.

In the discussion, the Faculty of Business and Economics, Islamic University of Indonesia conveyed its experience in the process of establishing the Doctoral Management Study Program (S3). The Indonesian Islamic University FBE prioritizes focusing on Lememba Accreditation.

Apart from that, FBE UII also conveyed the number of student admissions and preparation of human resources, especially for lecturers in the Management Study Program, Doctoral Program.

"The HR component must have two lecturers with academic positions of Professor and four Head Professors. Apart from that, the two Professors and four Head Professors must have the same scientific background," said Arif Hartono, SE., M.Ec., Ph.D. as Chair of the FBE Management Department, Indonesian Islamic University.

"For FBE Management, the Indonesian Islamic University has unique and distinctive characteristics of Islamic knowledge which are applied to its courses," he continued.

Through this benchmarking activity, FEB UPNVJ learned valuable lessons regarding the establishment of the Management Study Program, a Doctoral Program from UII, which had previously run it. That way, FEB UPNVJ can prepare everything even better.
