HI UPNVJ Student Becomes IISMA's Best Student at the 2023 Diktiristek Award

Public RelationsUPNVJ - International Relations Study Program FISIP UPN "Veteran" Jakarta student, Shiella Najwa Shaliha (2021), made a proud achievement at the 2023 Diktiristek Award for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Jakarta Gandaria City, Wednesday, 13 December 2023 .

This annual event is a form of appreciation to higher education, research and technology stakeholders who have supported the programs and policies of the Directorate General of Higher Education and Technology to realize the transformation of higher education.

Shiella Najwa Shaliha succeeded in achieving achievement in the IISMA Category in the field of Learning and Student Affairs as the Student with the Best International Performance in the 2023 edition. Shiella is a representative of the UPNVJ IR Study Program who passed the selection for the Indonesian International Student Mobility Award (IISMA) to study for one semester at the University of Zagreb , Croatia.

Since IISMA was launched in 2021 as part of the MBKM program, the UPNVJ HI Study Program has successfully sent delegates every year to various well-known campuses in the world such as the United States, England, Spain, Croatia, Poland, Malaysia and a number of other countries. One of them even managed to qualify for an Ivy League member campus, namely Yale University in the US.

The UPNVJ HI Study Program is grateful for Shiella's achievements and hopes that this can inspire other fellow students to continue to excel.

"Every year, the HI Study Program consistently graduates students for the IISMA program, which is an achievement in itself. "The award that Shiella won certainly makes us feel even more proud," said Coordinator of HI FISIP UPNVJ, Wiwiek Rukmi Dwi Astuti.

Separately, Deputy Dean 1 of FISIP UPNVJ, Dr. Fitria Ayuningtias, hopes that FISIP students can pass IISMA consistently and in increasing numbers.

“IISMA is one of MBKM's important programs and we are proud of Shiella's achievements. "Hopefully this can spark the enthusiasm of other students to pass other MBKM flagship programs from the Ministry of Education and Culture," he concluded.
