HumasUPNVJ - Proud news comes from the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta at the end of the year. UPNVJ has now officially received two new professors at the end of 2024.

Based on the decision of the Minister of Education and Science, the Chancellor of UPNVJ Anter Venus and lecturer of the Faculty of Law Taufiqurrohman Syahuri were declared to have been promoted to professor/professor as of December 1, 2024.

Prof. Dr. Anter Venus., MA Comm has now officially become a Professor of Communication Science at UPNVJ, while Prof. Dr. Taufiqurrohman Syahuri, SH, MH has become a Professor of Law and State Affairs.

Both were declared to have fulfilled the competency requirements for promotion to the academic position of lecturer to professor in their respective fields of science.

"Thank God, at the end of 2024 we will get two additional professors. Of course, this will strengthen UPNVJ's academic reputation, especially if the professors contribute to the development of Tridharma, including research publications," said Venus.

Not immediately satisfied, in the future UPNVJ has a target of at least one professor in each study program. Currently, UPNVJ is preparing various steps to achieve this goal.

"The addition of professors is certainly not only in terms of quantity, but also quality in an effort to contribute to the development of research, the quality of learning and most importantly to become a model of intellectualism and a driving force for the development of academic culture at UPNVJ," concluded Venus.
