The Chancellor Inaugurates the New Library Building

The UPN Veterans Jakarta Central Library was inaugurated by the Chancellor, Prof.Dr.Ir.Eddy S.Siradj, M.Sc.Eng., the inauguration ceremony was marked by cutting the ribbon by the Chancellor which coincided with the 3rd Anniversary of the state and 54 years of the founding of UPN Veterans of Jakarta, which was attended by Deputy Chancellors, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Bureaus and Deans and academics. Inauguration of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Central Library Building with a 4-floor building facility, on the 4th floor as a book room and registration service, on the 3rd floor as a reading room, and on the 2nd floor it is planned to have a computer room as a supporting facility in finding reference books on the internet as a means of collecting digital library resources. The new library building is felt to be more spacious, orderly and comfortable compared to the old building which was no longer adequate. We hope that this new building can support the research activities of research lecturers and students. xxxx
