HumasUPNV J - Reporting from goodnewsfromindonesia.id The results of the announcement of the 2018 State Higher Education Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) have been carried out. Of the 860,001 test takers, only less than 200,000 participants, to be precise, 165,831 passed this selection. This means that only 19% passed the selection or in other words one seat in one PTN was contested by around 20 prospective students from all over Indonesia.

Of all the PTNs selected by prospective students, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta occupies tenth position in the science and technology sector and ninth position in the social and human affairs sector.

The most popular study programs are almost the same as the previous year. Among them are Medicine for Science and Technology with 3,337 applicants and Communication Studies for Social and Human Resources with 4,926 applicants.
