HumasUPNVJ - The Faculty of Engineering UPN "Veteran" Jakarta held the election of the Dean for the 2019 - 2023 period which took place in Gd. Faculty of Engineering Limo Depok, on Tuesday 22/01/19. Present at the event were the Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, the Faculty Senate and student representatives.

On this occasion the Chairperson of the Dean Selection Committee Muhammad Galbi, ST, MT said that the selection of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering was in accordance with the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta statute. The candidate for the Dean of Engineering who will present his vision, mission and program is candidate number 1 Dr. Ir. Reda Rizal, M.Si and candidate number 2 Dr. Damora Rhakasywi, MT.

The number who attended this election was 15 people which included members of the Faculty senate, student representatives and lecturers. In the implementation of the vote count, the most choices fell on the candidate for dean serial number 1, namely Dr. Ir. Reda Rizal, M.Si with 14 votes, while Dr. Damora Rahkasywi got 1 vote. Thus Dr. Ir. Reda Rizal, M.Sc had the most votes and was elected Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UPN "Veteran" Jakarta for the 2019-2023 period.

In front of the election participants and candidates for the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UPNVJ Chancellor Erna Hernawati said "Thank you to all the committee and participants who have participated in the election of the new leader for the Faculty of Engineering, and we all civitas will continue to support all programs that are related to achieving the vision and mission UPNVJ, I hope that everything can be carried out to the fullest extent possible, "he concluded.
