HumasUPNVJ - On Monday (28/01/19) all the Deans together with the Chancellor of UPNVJ carried out the signing of the 2019 Performance Agreement at the Bhineka Tunggal Ika Auditorium. In this case the Chancellor of UPNVJ said that this signing was a joint performance contract a Kemenristekdikti.

"The signing of this performance is also our performance contract at Kemenristekdikti which was initially carried out by the deans and later will continue to the heads of institutions, heads of UPTs, and other ranks," he said.

"In this case what we will achieve is the vision of UPNVJ which is a derivative of the vision of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, which was previously discussed at the leadership meeting that there are 4 objectives of this performance contract, namely increasing the quality of learning for students, increasing the quality and quantity of science and technology, increasing results of research and community service” explained UPNVJ Rector Erna Hernawati.

After this performance agreement, the deans will direct tasks to all staff. This target is not only intended for the deans but for all levels who must work together, so that they can achieve the desired target.

Not only that, the Chancellor also conveyed "requested to all work units to evaluate this performance agreement program to be lowered into their respective activity plans which will later appear activity budget plans, so that there are no more activities that have not been planned and do not have a budget this year or next year. to come” he concluded.
