HumasUPNVJ - The UPN Employee Cooperative "Veteran" Jakarta held the 35th and 36th Annual Member Meetings (RAT) at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Thursday (31/01/19).

In the future the head of the cooperative must have a development plan, one of which is by looking at opportunities. With so many campus activities that require consumption of snacks, this is a big enough opportunity so that what we spend will come back to us, "explained Erna Herrnawati, Chancellor of UPNVJ.

The Chancellor of UPNVJ also hopes that the chairman of the cooperative who will be elected will be a permanent lecturer at UPNVJ and can provide better change and development for the UPNVJ Cooperative.

" For the election of the chairman of the cooperative, it is hoped that the new chairman will be a permanent lecturer at UPNVJ who does not have routine tasks such as structural ones. And other lecturers can help each other to develop this joint cooperative. I also hope that with the election of the new chairman of the cooperative, a leader can be elected who is trustworthy, professional, and can bring the cooperative forward and help all of us in cooperative matters," he said.

He also said that the UPNVJ Cooperative is a shared responsibility.

"With the changes that have occurred, namely the change in status from private to public, so there are several new regulations that we must understand and live with as best we can, with this dynamic we must anticipate and become motivation going forward because after all we have to keep abreast of existing developments. It is hoped that in the future there will be an increase in human resources in terms of competence as well and the most important thing is that cooperatives are the responsibility of all of us, not just cooperative administrators. Hopefully in the future we can improve cooperatives to be better and more developed, "said Subur.

The event started with remarks and continued with the Management Accountability Report (LPJ) and the election of the chairman of the cooperative for the 2018-2021 period, the results of which will be announced later after a leadership discussion. The event took place lively with a door prize distribution lottery for all members of the UPNVJ cooperative.
