UPNVJ Public Relations - Bhayangkara University held a Permanent Lecturer Meeting located at the Graha Tanoto II Auditorium, Bekasi 7 February 2019. This activity is a routine agenda that is held every time a new semester begins.

The theme raised this year is, "Good Private Higher Education Governance and Lecturer Career Improvement". This activity was attended by all permanent lecturers at Bhayangkara University, besides that the Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Dr. Erna Hernawati, AK, CPMA, CA and Dr. Ermatita, M. Kom. The Permanent Lecturer Meeting which was held also presented two resource persons namely, Dr. M. Samsuri S.Pd., MT as Sespel LLDIKTI Region III and Prof. Dr. sc. agr. Ir. Didik Sulistyanto as Chancellor of Budi Luhur University.

Apart from the lecturer meeting, the event also held the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UBJ and several national institutions, such as UNJ, STIE and one of them was UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
