Ip, gave the Socialization of the Minister of Defense Regulation number 27 of 2002 concerning the Administration of Volunteer Soldiers for the Indonesian National Armed Forces which was held at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium Building UPN Veteran Jakarta, Friday (13/9/19)

On this occasion, Colonel Ahmad Budiono said that this socialization was carried out to provide direction to the participants regarding the procedures for becoming a volunteer TNI soldier. As for what was conveyed, namely regarding the stages of registration, starting from fulfilling the general requirements, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) of Law 34/2004 concerning the TNI and Article 7 paragraph (1) PP No 39/2010 concerning Adm Soldiers of the TNI. Then meet other requirements such as age, height, lowest diploma, marital status, expertise, skills, experience, other special requirements according to specified needs, and all of them will later go through an inspection and testing process. And if all stages are successfully passed, it means passing the first education.

According to Colonel Ahmad, this socialization has been carried out frequently, and the quota that has been opened is approximately 200 people in total with various study programs each year. And UPNVJ was chosen as a place for socialization because we saw a lot of enthusiasm from the students.

In addition, Colonel Ahmad Budiono also gave a message to approximately 85 participants who attended, "Students must be able to see threats in the future, so they can overcome them and make better plans. Because the threats now are more numerous and more difficult than in the past. The challenges are getting bigger, therefore we have to be more observant with what we are currently living.” he said.
