UPNVJ FIKES Receives Polanka's Visit

The Faculty of Health Sciences, Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) received a Comparative Study Visit from the Kalimantan Excellence Polytechnic (POLANKA), at the Tanah Airku Hall, Depok, Thursday (3/1/2020).

In the context of the comparative study the delegation was welcomed by the Dean of FIKES Dr. drg. Wahyu Sulistiadi, MARS was accompanied by the Head of the D-III Physiotherapy Study Program, Heri Wibisono, MSi, and other structural officials. The group consisted of 28 people consisting of the Director of POLANKA, lecturers and 25 POLANKA students.

This comparative study aims to obtain information and sharing regarding the strategy and technical system implemented by UPNVJ in carrying out the duties and functions of each division. This visit was the first visit from POLANKA to UPNVJ.

“We are very happy to receive this visit. Apart from improving the good relations between the two tertiary institutions, this also involves sharing knowledge regarding FIKES," said Wahyu.

Apart from that, POLANKA students also received public lectures from Heri Wibisono, SPd,. M.Si and Sri Yani, SST, FT. S.Pd., M.Sc. "Making a visit to learn directly about the process and practice of health science is one of today's agendas," said Heri Wibisono.

By getting a more detailed explanation about health sciences, the participants in this visit expected a lot from the results of the discussions and public lectures held at the UPNVJ Campus. Moreover, the UPNVJ Campus is an educational institution that has a variety of laboratories that are quite complete and quite good.

“The output of this event is very useful in terms of education. Not only that, the students were very happy with the visit," said Heri Wibisono

The event was then continued by visiting the Laboratory, Library/Reading Room, Study Class, Lecturer Room, Student Association Discussion and Student Association Secretariat Visit, Discussion on Learning Systems & Accreditation Experience.

The event ended with the giving of a memento in the form of a Plaque given by Dr. drg. Wahyu Sulistiadi, MARS Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Jakarta Veterans National Development University to the Director of the Superior Polytechnic of Kalimantan Nurses. Husin, S.Kep, MPH
