UPNVJ Students Clean Up Jakarta After the Flood Disaster

HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) students participated in community service cleaning several locations in DKI Jakarta after the victims of the flood disaster that hit almost all of Greater Jakarta on January 1 2020.

The humanitarian action was carried out by 241 people including UPNVJ students who received the Jakarta Superior Student Card (KJMU). Community service was held simultaneously on Sunday, January 5 2020 with group divisions at several points affected by the disaster, namely East Jakarta 71 students, North Jakarta 47 students, Central Jakarta 22 students, and West Jakarta 31 students.

In this joint community service, UPNVJ students also act as coordinators in the East Jakarta area. This activity is a form of community service regulated in governor regulation 97 of 2019.

It is hoped that this community service can help the flood victims a little and provide awareness for the entire wider community, especially students, to always maintain cleanliness in their respective environments.
