Encouraging International Collaboration, UPNVJ Collaborates with Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Language

HumasUPNVJ - Optimizing international cooperation, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) again signed an MoU with Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, Kazakhstan which was conducted online and offline in Nusantara Room 1 UPNVJ Pondok Labu, on Wednesday (08/12/ 21).

The signing was directly carried out by Dr. Erna Hernawati., Ak., CA., CPMA., CGOP and Ms. Salima Kunanbayeva (Rector of the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages).

In this regard Erna welcomed the collaboration carried out by UPNVJ and Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

According to Erna, this is in line with UPNVJ's vision, which is to become a state university with an international scale. It is hoped that cooperation such as student exchanges, joint research in the field of science and technology, symposiums, publications, etc. can be agreed upon and implemented by both parties.

Erna also hopes that UPNVJ lecturers will be given the opportunity to collaborate in the field of research and community service.

This special opportunity was also attended by Rosdiana Murtiningsih as the Executor of the Social and Cultural Information Function, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) Nur Sultan who stated that the Education sector was a priority for the Government of Indonesia and the Indonesian Embassy was pleased to facilitate cooperation between UPNVJ and Kazakhs Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

In addition, Mr. Kazbek Bokebayev as the Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Embassy for Indonesia also welcomed this collaboration and it is hoped that this collaboration will further develop, strengthen relations between the two parties, and be implemented soon.

As a follow-up, a meeting will be planned with the Deans to discuss plans for the intended collaboration program to be submitted to the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

Not only that, several discussions were also held regarding collaboration programs, such as summer camps, Central Asia Corner, exhibitions, visitations, webinars, and others that were tailored to campus needs.
