HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta as a state defense university that has a superior curriculum for dimension health and disaster management, UPNVJ needs to build and develop disaster health, especially research that focuses on tropical and infectious diseases, multidisciplinary collaboration with the fields of community health, neuroscience and nursing by forming a research center which will hereinafter be referred to as the Health Science Cluster Study Center

UPN Veteran Health Research Institute (UPNVERI) UPN Veteran Jakarta is currently developing a real educational and research role in the field of public health with a multidisciplinary approach to community health as a dynamic scientific domain that studies and applies surveillance, epidemiology, prediction and protection against extraordinary events of infection, nutrition society and health policy concepts.

UPNVERI was established to develop the current research potential in various rooms and corners of UPN Veteran. It is hoped that in the coming years it will be able to become a locomotive that knits various spaces and angles into a network of research strengths that have an impact on the nation, while maintaining the spirit of defending the country.

The inauguration activity for the UPNVERI team was held on December 7, 2021, at the Auditorium Lt. 3 Gd. Wahidin FK UPNVJ, which was attended by the Dean of FK and his staff, Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Head of LP3M and 16 UPNVERI TEAM.

Dr. Anter Venus, the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs was also present and opened the UPNVERI inauguration ceremony, "The University was formed as part of the solution and one of the preventive solutions is education and the second is research. research is the backbone of the university, not only the vision and mission carried out by the university, namely research. UPNVERI has become an institution that has become the focus of discussion at UPN in the last few months. the research focus is more on medical technology, neuroscience and disaster health which is in accordance with the vision and mission of the State Defense Campus UPNVJ," he concluded

Taufiq Fredrik as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, in his remarks stated that every activity at UPNVJ, especially at the Faculty of Medicine, must have elements of defending the state, "The inauguration of UPNVERI today is an identity for the UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine research program. Every UPN tridharma activity must have state resilience because state resilience is the spirit of UPNVJ as a State Defense campus. UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine develops dimensional health sciences as a priority for UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine. Matra health science efforts according to the Ministry of Health include 3 things, namely reducing the risk of disease, controlling disease risk, increasing adaptation. therefore the UPNVJ FK will focus on the UPNVJ FK tridharma on dimensional health sciences," said the Dean of the FK
