HumasUPNVJ - The opportunity to become a PTN Public Service Agency (PTN BLU) makes PTNs with PTN Satker status eager to gather information as well as learn everything that must be prepared for BLU status.

This was also done by Siliwangi University who visited UPN Veteran Jakarta in the context of BLU benchmarking . The Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta and his staff warmly welcomed the Siliwangi University family, represented by the Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance and their staff at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Wednesday (12/01/21).

Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta, Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA, CGOP., In her speech, she did not forget to welcome and thank Siliwangi University for visiting the UPN Veterans Jakarta campus. From this visit, Erna hopes that the relationship between UPN Veteran Jakarta and Siliwangi University which has been well established since both became PTNs can continue.

"UPN and Unsil have been close since they became the new PTN. I hope our relationship can continue like this because we really need this kind of collaboration in college. Maybe this includes the students too,” said Erna.

During her remarks, Erna shared that UPN Veteran Jakarta had been preparing to become a PTN BLU since 2020, which was assisted by UPN Jawa Timur in preparation. Then, after becoming a PTN BLU in 2021, UPN Veteran Jakarta is open and also wants to share information with new PTNs who want to achieve BLU status, one of which is Siliwangi University. Erna said that there were many things that needed to be prepared, but this was a very good opportunity because it was time for PTN Satker to become BLU.

Siliwangi University certainly responded positively to the remarks from UPN Veterans Jakarta. Rector of Siliwangi University, Prof. Dr. Rudi Priyadi, MS, expressed his appreciation for the willingness of UPN Veterans Jakarta to hold discussions regarding BLU benchmarking in the midst of his busy schedule. “….. Because UPN has already received SBSS and BLU first, we want UPNVJ to share information about this. We hope to be able to discuss SBSS and BLU as well as HR treatment ," concluded Rudi.

After listening to the Chancellor's remarks from each university, the event continued with a presentation on preparation for becoming a PTN BLU presented by the Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance at UPN Veteran Jakarta, Dr. Prasetyo Hadi, MM, CFMP. In this presentation session there was also an opportunity for Siliwangi University to ask relevant questions. (sf)
