New Year of New Innovation, UPNVJ Launches 10 Latest Integrated Service Applications

HumasUPNVJ - Becoming a digital-based public university is one of UPN Veterans Jakarta's (UPNVJ) targets each year. At the beginning of this year, UPNVJ relaunched 10 new integrated service applications.

The launch was carried out directly by UPNVJ Chancellor Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA, CGOP which was conducted online and offline at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Wednesday (05/01/21).

UPNVJ Information and Communication Technology in its report said that apart from the 10 applications that were inaugurated, UPNVJ also had 23 applications that support academic systems and 4 applications that support non-academic systems, so that overall UPNVJ has 37 applications that support academic and non-academic digital operations. He also said that it would not stop here, there were already several application plans that would be launched soon.

"In the academic system all data migration is for the development of academic applications and the Merdeka Learning Campus Learning program. All applications have used the latest system, and in the future the development plan will soon be formalized. The management system includes remuneration applications, e-office applications, pocket applications, planning applications and application dashboards," Sigit said in front of the invited guests, which included UPNVJ leaders and their staff. .

In this case, UPNVJ Chancellor Erna Hernawati expressed her gratitude and pride to all parties involved in the process of making the application which was launched today, because this is a shared target to provide integrated and efficient services in the campus environment.

"Alhamdulillah, this inauguration is very important for us not only to "inaugurate" but from this we can know what applications are in UPNVJ. This refers to minimum service standards where there are indeed service standards that are our joint target after the change in status to the current Public Service Agency (BLU)” Erna explained in her remarks.

"The success of BLU in prioritizing excellent service is not only the task of the leadership, but our collective hard work. So from now on, if it is felt that there are still manual services, then consult and submit an application to make it easier," he added.

The 10 applications that were inaugurated today include:

1. The Layanda application, an alumni document service that is used for the legalization process and requests for other documents.

2. SIMPKM application, student creativity program application used for student administration processes.

3. Cooperation SIM, an application used for recording cooperation activities at UPNVJ.

4. SIM ORMAWA, used for administration of student organizations such as submission of work programs, submission of proposals and reports on organizational activities.

5. ULT Help desk application, which is used for service requests, question and answer processes and service reporting.

6. Application for the dean's letter, which is used to make letters in the faculty environment.

7. Decision letter application, which is used for the process of making letters with the type of decision letter.

8. Student exchange application, used for the administrative process of student exchange both appointed internationally and nationally.

9. Competition test service application, used for the competition test administration process and integrated with the national competition test application.

10. Internship application, used for the administrative process of student internships at the faculty level.

All applications will be integrated with several website portals available at UPNVJ in the near future, which can later be utilized both by internal employees and several other partners and even the wider community.
