The UPNVJ Public Relations Team took the opportunity to conduct an interview with one of the team members, Bayu Saputra. Bayu talked about the preparation process that he and his team did, “Because this competition is quite prestigious in the international arena, we also want to further develop our interests and abilities in competing in a field with a wider range of participants. In this competition, all participants came from 20 countries with a total of 427 teams (around 2000 participants). Because it is still during the Covid 19 pandemic, this activity was carried out in a hybrid manner, so it was carried out offline at Diponegoro University Semarang and online at the Zoom Meeting Platform (2 - 5 February 2022)," he explained

"The preparations were of course carried out very intensively for about three months, starting from the process of gathering ideas, making product samples, to the product testing and paper preparation stages," Bayu continued.

Bayu also shared the joys and sorrows of the journey he and his team went through, "Of course during the process we experienced several obstacles. The main obstacle is due to the pandemic. We live far apart and our different educational backgrounds make us have to make a lot of time adjustments to discuss in preparing the project . However, on the other hand, we feel that our friendship is getting stronger because of our project . The unification of thoughts to solve problems makes our point of view wider and more open," he explained

Bayu and the team hope that the other friends can always give their best work for their beloved campus, "It is my hope that my friends and I will be able to further develop this research and contribute in providing new innovations, especially in the social and scientific fields. We also hope that this achievement can be used as a whip of enthusiasm for other friends who are currently teaching at UPNVJ," closed Bayu enthusiastically.
