HumasUPNVJ - Located in Nusantara Room 1 UPN Veterans Jakarta Rectorate Building (UPNVJ) The Chancellor and his staff and the supervisory board (Dewas) of the Public Service Agency (BLU) coordinated online, on Tuesday (08/02/22).

The agenda for this activity is a briefing from the chairman of the Dewas, as well as discussing the 2021 BLU performance report and BLU targets in 2022.

In his direction Prof. Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie Plt. The Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education who is the Chairman of the UPNVJ BLU Supervisory Board conveyed his direction for UPNVJ namely to form a secretariat consisting of secretaries and administrative staff.

In the BLU performance report, UPNVJ Chancellor Erna Hernawati explained that the ratio of BLU revenue to operational costs has a target of 75% and an achievement of 186.14%. This year UPNVJ will focus on running the business units that have been designed, one of which is the hyperbaric clinic.

In addition, the discussion was continued with the preparation of rumeneration for employee welfare which is currently being reviewed by Kemendikristekdikti.

"Regarding remuneration, we are preparing to be paid this year. The calculations and formulations have been designed, and sent to the Ministry of Education and Culture, "said the Chancellor of UPNVJ.

Meanwhile the Chancellor of Sebelas Maret University, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho who is a member of the Board of Trustees added that the remuneration system is an important thing to pay attention to, because it motivates employees to work.
