Sign the Performance Agreement, the Dean of FEB UPNVJ will evaluate it every month

HumasUPNVJ - Starting performance in 2022, the entire Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business UPN Veteran Jakarta (FEB UPNVJ) signed a performance agreement. The existence of this performance agreement is in the context of realizing effective, accountable and work-oriented management and overseeing the PPEPP process within the FEB environment.

FEB Dean, Dr. Dianwicaksih Arieftiara, SE., AK., M.Ak., CA., CSRS, said that he would evaluate the performance of unit leaders according to the targets set according to their respective indicators.

"Every month we will evaluate the extent of the performance achievements achieved, if there are difficulties we will correct together what are the obstacles so that in the following months we can achieve them," he explained.

This year's PK Dean accommodates the achievement of the vision and mission of FEB and the faculty RENSTRA covering five strategic objectives, namely improving the quality of academic and non-academic governance, increasing the quality of graduates, improving the quality of curriculum and learning, improving the quality of lecturers, and internalizing national defense.
