On this occasion the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs gave an explanation regarding the course conversion flow, "There are several stages or flows that must be considered, starting from the AKPK Bureau which sends a letter in the attachment of the MBKM conversion data recap form to the faculty then the faculty operator helps fill in the eye data recap form MBKM conversion course, Deputy Dean of Academics and Head of Study Program converts MBKM courses according to the guidelines on the data recap form of the MBKM conversion course equipped with supporting data in the form of student study results cards or screenshots of outbound student study results, PIC MBKM shares an independent campus account with AKPK to coordinate faculty operators in filling out the course data recap forms and lastly the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs will approve and proceed to the AKPK Bureau to be uploaded on the PDDKILTI Freeder, "explained Anter Venus.

Venus conveyed the importance of holding this event "Implementation of MBKM is included in the PK (Performance Agreement) between tertiary institutions and the Minister of Education and Culture and Research, Technology and Higher Education so that the reporting factor becomes very important to pay close attention to, and ensure that the reporting is correct, "Currently the problem we are facing is that the reporting format is still it's not 100% clear what to do, so from the results of the discussion and internal analysis we make it based on conversion. This means that all MBKM activities carried out by students must be converted into the applicable curriculum. Fortunately UPNVJ already has a 2020 curriculum that already uses the Merdeka Campus Curriculum and has provided 40 credits in it for the benefit of MBKM, namely 20 credits for PLPT and 20 credits for PLPS. Both are filled by elective courses,” he added.

"There are two ways of conversion, namely direct and indirect. If it is indirect, it means that MBKM activities carried out by students (specifically non-exchange student activities) must be converted into available courses, while for student exchange activities it can be directly converted into credit score”, closed Anter Venus.
