HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) this morning held the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, which was attended by all UPNVJ academics, on Wednesday (17/08/22).

The ceremony for the 77th Indonesian Independence Day which was attended directly by the Rector and her staff went solemnly.

Not only the implementation of the flag ceremony, this year UPNVJ again held a demonstration of traditional clothing from various regions which was worn by all educators and lecturers in the UPNVJ environment.

This performance certainly added to the excitement and excitement of the participants, who from the morning had prepared themselves to be chosen to be the best attire.

Not only that, chants of national songs were also sung by several lecturers and faculty leaders, and there was also a food and drink bazaar that could be exchanged for special Indonesian Independence Day coupons.

On the day of the peak of independence, it was also announced the victory achieved by several academicians who were successful in the competition the previous day. Victory was announced as well as cash prizes for the winners achieved by participants from each competition event.

This 77th Anniversary is considered quite impressive for some academics, because in the previous year the celebration of Independence Day was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
