UPNVJ Chancellor Fully Supports the Acceleration of University Bureaucratic Reform

HumasUPNVJ - The activity of accelerating the upload of documents in the Performance Evaluation Sheet (LKE) on the third day (21/1) organized by the UPN Veterans Jakarta Bureaucratic Reform team was carried out face to face, which took place at Pesona Alam, Bogor attended by the Chancellor.

The Chancellor of UPNVJ, Anter Venus in his speech gave full support to the entire UPNVJ RB-ZI team, "I salute the performance of the entire RB-ZI team involved. Your good intentions can be seen from the extraordinary performance of the last few days. Bureaucratic reform on campus is carried out to improve the implementation of good, clean, competent and serving governance. Hopefully we will get appropriate and maximum results, “said Venus

Followed by a report from the Head of the UPNVJ RB Team, Desak Nyoman Sithi explained that in the previous few days, the UPNVJ RB-ZI team had prepared all the documents to the fullest, "Overall, over the past few days, we, the UPNVJ RB-ZI team, have fulfilled the requirements of the reviewer team, both internal and external, only had a few documents that we had to complete again, but that was not an obstacle for our team. We thank you very much for the full support from the leaders, especially the Chancellor of UPNVJ. Our last stage was outreach to all UPNVJ academics. You need to know, for the preparation of this document it doesn't just end here because we still have the responsibility to implement the RB-ZI in our lives within the UPNVJ campus environment," Desak explained in his report.

The activity continued with presentations from each Head of the ZI Faculty of Computer Science and UPNVJ Faculty of Economics and Business.

UPN Veteran Jakarta focuses on 8 (eight) program areas for change in Bureaucratic Reform, namely:

1) Change Management;

2) Strengthening Supervision;

3) Strengthening Performance Accountability;

4) institutional strengthening;

5) Strengthening Management;

6) Strengthening HR Management System apparatus;

7) Strengthening Legislation;

8) Improving the Quality of Public Services.
