HumasUPNVJ – The results of the 2023 UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (SEMA UPNVJ) Independent Selection Batch were announced yesterday. There were 568 participants who were accepted as prospective UPNVJ new students through this route.
Today (1/08), participants who have passed a medical test and are free from narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as a mandatory condition for re-registration. It is still the same as the implementation of medical tests and free tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances located at the UPNVJ Medical Education and Research Center (MERCe) Building Lt. 3, UPNVJ Limo Campus, Depok.
Basically the mechanism for implementing the two tests is still the same. It's just that after prospective new students have finished taking the test and have received the test results, they are directed first to the service room before finally returning to their respective homes.
This mechanism is carried out so that the UPNVJ New Student Admissions Committee (Penmaru) can immediately validate the results of medical tests and narcotics-free tests and dangerous drugs/substances right away. The reason is because SPI and UKT payments can only be made if prospective new students have uploaded these two files and after the files have been validated by the UPNVJ Penmaru committee.
The period for admitting new students through the SEMA Batch 2 route is indeed quite short. After the selection results were announced on July 31, prospective new students only had four days to re-register. Therefore, the UPNVJ Penmaru committee optimizes services to make the re-registration process easier.
"Because this time isn't long, isn't it like wave one which re-registered for up to 7 days, for wave 2 we only have until the 4th to re-register. So when it's finished they have to go there first, later on, Mas Yudha will be directed to upload the document first to the system and then validate it. After being validated they should be able to make payments at 7pm but because we serve quickly here so after validation they can make their UKT and SPI payments respectively. Only after this is the next process for re-registration online.” explained Fajar Nugroho as the UPNVJ Penmaru Coordinator during the briefing before the Health Test started.
The implementation of medical tests and free tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/drugs involved quite a number of officers, totaling 24 people with details; facilities and infrastructure 16 people, health workers 6 people, and doctors 2 people.
