UPNVJ and University of Poitiers Sign Erasmus+ Cooperation Agreement

 

Public RelationsUPNVJ - National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta signed a collaboration under the umbrella of the Erasmus+ program with the University of Poitiers, France on Monday, December 11 2023.

Taking place in UPNVJ's Nusantara 1 Room, the signing of the collaboration was attended by UPNVJ Chancellor Dr. Anter Venus, MA.Comm, the deans and deputy deans, and also representatives of the UPNVJ International Affairs Office along with other related academics. Meanwhile, from the University of Poitiers, Marlene Belly was represented as Coordinator of International Relations in Indonesia.

There are various areas of cooperation in this Erasmus+ cooperation agreement, including inbound and outbound student exchanges between the two universities, sending lecturers and researchers to carry out research projects in France, and various other activities that enrich the academic experience.

This cooperation agreement was symbolically signed by the Chancellor of UPNVJ and Marlene Belly. Apart from the Erasmus+ agreement, Implementation Agreements (IA) were also signed to facilitate the implementation of various other collaborations agreed upon by UPNVJ and the University of Poitiers.

In this activity, an introduction to the profile of each university was explained as well as the technical implementation of the Erasmus+ program. Apart from that, discussions were also taking place with the faculty at UPNVJ regarding various other collaboration opportunities that could be implemented.

This activity is an important step in expanding UPNVJ's international network and improving the quality of education and research on a global scale.

UPNVJ hopes to create a sustainable relationship with the University of Poitiers in an effort to mutually support the development of science and education in the future.
