Public Relations UPNVJ – The Technical Implementation Unit for Career Development and Entrepreneurship at UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPT PKK UPNVJ) is holding 2024 entrepreneurship lecturer training in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation. This special Entrepreneurship Training for lecturers was held from January 29 to February 1 at Nusantara 1 and was attended by 24 lecturers from all faculties, who will teach in the even semester of TA. 2023/2024.

Also present was the UPNVJ Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Henry represented the Chancellor to open the activity. Henry hoped that with this activity, the entrepreneurship lecturers in the UPNVJ environment would be able to provide broad knowledge and insight to UPNVJ students.

Catur Nugrahaeni, Head of UPT PKK, said that this activity was the second activity of UPT PKK in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation in the field of entrepreneurship, previously in 2023 it was also carried out online.

"The aim of carrying out this activity is so that entrepreneurship courses have a more up-to-date curriculum and produce better products," added Catur

Wadhwani itself is a non-profit organization based in the United States, which supports the development of second countries, to be able to grow start-ups and in Indonesia, Wadhwani started operating in 2014.

UPNVJ presents Trainer Dr. Dion Dewa Barata as Senior Program Manager - South East Asia Regional Wadhani Foundation. "The current Generation Z is different from previous generations, students currently studying do not take notes but immediately record and take notes automatically, so we as lecturers also have to be more sophisticated. For example, when you want to create a business ( start up ) you actually only need 3 people, one of whom is a Visionary ( Chief Executive Officer ), Marketing (Chief Marketing Officer) and Hacker (Chief Operating Officer, meaning there is someone who has a vision for the future, there are a person who has many ideas and is humble, and someone who carries out or operates activities," he explained
